Seward and the Need (or not) of a Crime & Safety Committee
On Monday, January 9th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Matthews Park Community Building, the SNG Crime & Safety Committee will meet to decide its future. Are there enough people interested to carry on? If there are, we will elect a new Committee Chair, decide how often and when to meet during 2012, and decide what additional issues might be taken on. Also for discussion will be the increasing role of modern technology (e.g. the Forum) in facilitating crime & safety issues. We hope everyone who has some ideas on the future (or not) of this committee attend the Monday, January 9 meeting. We really need your input! Oh, and have a Happy, Healthy, Safe & Peaceful New Year!
