Hi all,

Note the available tour of a house that Seward Redesign bought and is in the process of fixing up.   This is a house that was a perennial problem and deteriorated for many years and is now just beginning renovation.  See note below.

The next tour to see progress will be on April 2 at the same time. The tour today will give people a baseline for comparison.

Please recall that we acquired this property and conveyed it to Brownsmith Restoration for renovations. There will be a tour of 904-30th Avenue this afternoon starting at 5:00 p.m. this afternoon before our board meeting. I want you to be able to see the condition of this house before they start putting it back together. The debris has been cleared out and you will be able to look in the front and back door as well as get a good view of the exterior. The interior is too unstable to have you go inside.

I will be stopping by as well. When I last saw it, the entire house was filled with trash and debris.

We hope to do another tour before our next board meeting at the beginning of April.
